Appointments and consultations are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to serve you promptly.
Payment terms are outlined at the time of service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services or as outlined in your engagement letter.
